By using VeloCity, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You agree to use VeloCity only for lawful purposes related to managing your car rental business. You agree not to interfere with the functionality of the Platform, reverse-engineer any part of it, or use bots or automated systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in Kenya Shillings (KES). Payments are processed via M-Pesa. Non-payment may result in account suspension.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into VeloCity. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, booking records, or business information.
VeloCity is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VeloCity, including lost profits or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
